I was in my early teens, and then I started walking and taking more interest in my social life than my school obligations, and my mother faced great difficulties in trying to straighten my thinking, and it made me realize that this stage is the stage of study more than anything else, but this did not work.

While what made me realize my mistake was the results of my bad actions, I learned the lesson from it well, I had failed some of my exams that year, because I had joined the volleyball team and cheerleading team, which made me not have enough time to attend and follow the lessons, and therefore I did not I was able to succeed, so I resorted to attending private lessons after school, and this is what made me unable to practice my social life as I wanted, and I was in a state of lack of discipline and balance between my school, sports, and my social life, and this is what caused me to feel depressed,

And then I realized that the right thing to do was to give priority to school and study, and on weekends I go for a walk with my friends, and besides this I only participate in one sports activity instead of two, and I understood that a person learns from his previous mistakes, so the next year I corrected those I got high marks in my studies, but I didn’t neglect my social life either.

وفكرت أن مرحلة الطفولة قد انتهت بالفعل، وأنه قد حان الوقت لكي أعيش حياة المراهقين على أتم وجه، كما أصابني الخوف من أن تنتهي مراهقتي كما انتهت طفولتي دون أن أفعل فيها كل ما أريد، وهذا جعلني أصل لدرجة أن أفرط في العيش فيها.

فقد كنت في بداية سن المراهقة، وحينها بدأت في السير والأهتمام بحياتي الاجتماعية أكثر من التزاماتي المدرسية، وقد واجهت أمي صعوبات كبيرة في محاولتها لتقويم تفكيري، ولتجعني أدرك أن تلك المرحلة هي مرحلة الدراسة أكثر من أي شئ أخر، ولكن لم يجدي هذا الأمر نفعًا.

في حين أن ما جعلني أدرك خطأي هو نتائج أفعالي السيئة، فقد تعلمت منها الدرس جيدًا، فقد رسبت في بعض امتحاناتي  بتلك السنة، لأنني كنت قد انضممت إلى فريق الكرة الطائرة وفريق التشجيع مما جعلني لا أجد الوقت الكافي حتى أحضر حصص الدروس ومتابعتها، وبالتالي لم أستطع النجاح، ولذا لجأت إلى حضور الدروس الخصوصية بعد فترة المدرسة، وهذا ما جعلني لا أستطيع أن أمارس حياتي الاجتماعية كما كنت أريد، وأنتابتني حالة من عدم الانضباط والتوازن بين مدرستي، الرياضة ، وحياتي الاجتماعية، وهذا ما سبب لي الشعور بالاكتئاب،

وقد أدركت حينها أن الصواب كان في أن أمنح الأولوية للمدرسة والدراسة، وفي أيام العطلات الأسبوعية أذهب لأتجول مع أصدقائي، وإلى جانب هذا أشترك في نشاط رياضي واحد فقط بدلًا من نشاطين، وفهمت أن الشخص يتعلم من أخطائه السابقة، لذلك في السنة التالية قمت بتصويب تلك الأخطاء، وحصلت على علامات مرتفعة في دراستي، ولكني لم أهمل كذلك حياتي الاجتماعية.

As a result of the fact that clothes have become a means of self-expression, and that the way a person wears clothes is reflected in his personality, the students began to bully the clothes of their colleagues who do not have good clothes, or because of the way they wear them, and one of the girls was subjected to bullying on one of the school days from Her classmates because her school uniform was a bit worn, and her shoes were cut off, and the girl was very sad about what she had been exposed to, and that is why she refrained from going to school for two whole weeks so that she could face the students at school again.

There are many, many other situations, and for this reason, severe penalties must be imposed for bullying students and others until this phenomenon that causes a major problem in the hearts of the victims of bullying ends, and parents should raise their children on good manners and not bully others, but rather help them.

من أكثر المشاكل التي نجدها في المدرسة والتي أصبحت منتشرة كثيرًا في هذا اليوم هي ظاهرة التنمر، إذ أنه تأثيرها السلبي كبير جدًا في حياة الضحية، فقد يصل من يتعرضون إلى التنمر المستمر لمرحلة الانهيار، أو أن يقوموا بإيذاء أنفسهم أو الآخرين، وهناك صور كثيرة للتنمر التي نراها كل يوم في المدرسة.

ويوجد غير تلك المواقف الكثير والكثير، ولهذا يجب وضع عقوبات مُشددة للمتنمرين من الطلاب وغيرهم إلى أن تنتهي تلك الظاهرة التي تُسبب مُشكلة كبيرة في نفوس ضحايا التنمر، وعلى الآباء تربية أبنائهم على الخلق الحسنة وعدم التنمر على الغير، بل القيام بمساعدتهم. [1]
